This blended well with water and is shelf stable so it's helpful for people like me who always worry about their oatmilk spoiling before they can drink it. The taste of the sweetener in the flavored ones was very off-putting to me (substitute sweeteners always taste metallic to me) and I would have preferred real sugar. With the unflavored packet, I wondered if the same enzyme process used for liquid oatmilk (amylase or something?) was used, because that seems to make the product sweeter and creamier; this one tasted a little closer to my homemade attempts at oatmilk which was just very finely grinding whole oats and shaking up with water. In any case I'm glad this is on the market and I will be repurchasing.
