Did you know that August is National Sandwich Month? πŸ₯ͺ Well, if you didn’t, now you know! To celebrate the end of the month, here’s a delicious recipe for oatmilk bread. 🍞 It’s perfect for a sandwich, avocado toast, or just by itself! Let us know what you think in the comments below πŸ˜„

1 loaf

What you'll need:

  • 1 cup oatmilk (warm to 110 degrees) -- make it with a Upright Instant Oatmilk sachet
  • 1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour

Instructions:

  1. Make your oatmilk with an Upright Instant Oatmilk sachet
  2. Mix oatmilk, water, yeast, and salt
  3. Mix in flour until combined
  4. Cover bowl with cloth -- let dough rise for 2 hours someplace warm until doubled in size
  5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  6. Spray oil on a standard loaf pan
  7. Scoop dough onto pan
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden
  9. Let bread rest on pan for 10 minutes before removing it
  10. Enjoy! 🀎
