Jessie's Recipe: Oatmilk Bread
Did you know that August is National Sandwich Month? π₯ͺ Well, if you didnβt, now you know! To celebrate the end of the month, hereβs a delicious recipe for oatmilk bread. π Itβs perfect for a sandwich, avocado toast, or just by itself! Let us know what you think in the comments below π

What you'll need:
- 1 cup oatmilk (warm to 110 degrees) -- make it with a Upright Instant Oatmilk sachet
- 1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 cups flour

Instructions:

Make your oatmilk with an Upright Instant Oatmilk sachet
- Mix oatmilk, water, yeast, and salt
- Mix in flour until combined
- Cover bowl with cloth -- let dough rise for 2 hours someplace warm until doubled in size
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Spray oil on a standard loaf pan
- Scoop dough onto pan
- Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden
- Let bread rest on pan for 10 minutes before removing it
