Jessie's Recipe of the Week: Iced Brown Sugar Latte

You might think this is no different from a regular latte but trust us, you’ll be pleasantly surprised! We should also add that this iced brown sugar latte has gone VIRAL all over social media recently, and is actually Jessie’s favorite coffee recipe recently! 🤫

This recipe only calls for a few ingredients and has only 4 steps! Despite it being incredibly simple, it’s the perfect enhancement to your regular coffee recipe.

PRO TIP: To take this on the go with you or make it anytime you want, double the ingredients for the brown sugar syrup and save the extra in your fridge! This way you can make this delicious recipe anytime and anywhere you go!

What you'll need:


  • 2 tablespoon lightly packed brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¾ sachet of original Upright instant oatmilk
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 1 ½ cup of ice


  1. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and water into a small pot. Heat up on medium-high and whisk to combine for 3-5 minutes or until sugar is fully dissolved and syrup has slightly thickened

  2. Pour syrup into glass while shaking vigorously to coat syrup on the sides of the glass

  3. Prepare espresso and pour into glass

  4. Add water to Upright instant oatmilk to create oatmilk, then fill glass to top with oatmilk to serve!
